The school campus sprawls over 2 acres of land with well-maintained building hosting spacious and airy class rooms, a well-stacked  library with books on all discipline -academics, classical novels, fiction, encyclopedias, magazines, etc. A separate state-of-the-art science laboratories and computer center equipped with sophisticated software are one of the key highlights of the school.

Our Classroom

Classroom of the icon public school are well ventilator and well lit, the providing conductor vacancy and by environment to the student with encourage academic rigour and intellectual curiosity. The classroom are with kitted with enable like blackboard and digital screen and projector as teaching aids. The digital projectors uploaded with Extra Marks software.
The concept of adventure and animated learning use as tools to impart meaningful education among the students makes it interesting students to learn lessons that remain embedded forever. Extra Marks classroom transforms traditional classroom into engaging learners centric environment by state of the art technology, infrastructure and professionally develop multimedia learning modules.
Icon public school is affiliated to CBSE and offers classes from kindergarten to XII. The medium of instruction in English and second language for classes up to X is Hindi. Marathi is the third language from classes II to VIII. The syllabus for class I ti XII is according to the guidelines laid down by NCERT. Student made are to feel connected to everything that goes on the world through projects. Our teachers induce interest in their subjects by sharing purpose, vision and innovation in pedagogy. They have positive expectations from students and are effective classroom managers. Constantly learning and updating their own knowledge banks, they are well equipped to design innovative lessons for their students. Dissemination of knowledge is achieved through a variety of methods ranging from theatre in education and role play to excursions. The Teacher’s role is to design learning experiences that help students understand concepts and own the knowledge they construct!. Multimedia-linked smart boards, internet-based learning, subject laboratories and cross-curricular approach are common in our classrooms. But the teacher’s human touch transcends and transforms it all.

The teachers of The Icon Public School share a relationship of love and trust with the children in their care. Reward and punishment are woven into the fabric of this relationship, so that when either praise or censure is exercised, the student is conscious that it is fully deserved. Over a period of time, the pupil becomes his/her own monitor and explicit disciplining becomes less and less necessary.

The labs are equipped with all the facilities required to enable students to learn the scientific concepts, hands on.  We combine classroom teaching with laboratory experiments to ensure that students grasp each and every concept thoroughly.
Science lab equipment allows students to interact directly with the data gathered. They get a first-hand learning experience by performing various experiments on their own. Students are made to use the models and understand different scientific theories and concepts.

All the laboratories are well-stocked with sufficient chemicals, specimens and instruments so that every student gets the opportunity to carry out the experiments individually. Well-qualified and experienced teachers guide the students to explore the world of science through a meticulously planned schedule of practical classes. Moreover, the safety of every child while handling the chemicals and instruments is duly taken care off.
In today’s world, Information and Technology get the pick of the bunch. Students must be exposed to the computer environment at a younger age, when they are at primary learning stage and their ability to grasp is high. Exposure to computers at this stage of life will certainly help them in future, no doubt for better career in the computer field, engineering etc.
In other words to equip the students to face the challenges of the modern technological era, computer are becoming a necessity rather than a luxury. Keeping this in view to give the best of the modern technology to the children. Computer science is being introduced in the school curriculum.
